The General Expenditure Authorization establishes the right of way funds to which payments of right of way items will be charged.
When insufficient funds are indicated, additional monies must have ROW Division approval.
The District should maintain a record of total right of way and utility costs so early action can be taken for the appropriation of additional funds when need is indicated.
Requests for additional funds (to cover anticipated overruns) should be made by the District Engineer or designee, sent to the ROW Division, and accompanied by:
- an explanation for the overrun
- an estimate of the cost to complete the project.
