Manual: Right of Way Manual Vol. 2 - Acquisition

Effective Date: September 01, 2006

Purpose

To revise procedures relating to administrative settlements over $50,000 total compensation per parcel.

Changes

Chapter 5 Right of Way Property Acquisition, Section 32 Administrative Settlements (for State): For administrative settlements over $50,000 total compensation per parcel and disapproved by the District, removed requirement for Division approval/disapproval.
