Procedure

To obtain warrants for payment of either Commissioners Awards or judgments, one (1) certified or fully signed copy of the award or judgment plus two (2) copies of supporting documents are required. For agreed judgments resulting from successful mediations, the District must submit a copy of the OAG memorandum reporting successful mediation along with the payment

Support requests for payment of Commissioners' fees and eminent domain costs by only one copy of the award or judgment, whichever is applicable, per submission.

Requests for payment of title expense must be supported by a certified copy of the judgment that has been recorded in the deed records as described in Payment for Title Company Expenses.
