Purpose

The purpose of this manual notice is to expand and correct technical information found in chapters 3 and 6 of the Environmental Manual. Specifically, these updates include:

• New Section 9 of Chapter 3 provides example language related to hazardous materials for environmental documentation.
• technical corrections about TPDES General Permits for Construction in Section 4 of Chapter 6.
