Section 6: ROW Maps for Off-System Projects

Overview

The need for ROW maps on off-system projects will be determined by the complexity of the project and will be at the District's discretion. Property descriptions must be prepared based on the Texas State Plane Coordinate System and as described in Section 3, Property Descriptions of this Chapter. Submission of ROW maps for off-system projects to the ROW Division is not required since they will not be added to the State highway system.
