This chapter explains the organization and responsibilities of the various committees and individuals who administer and operate the Cooperative Research and Implementation Programs. The responsibilities of each committee or individual are identified, with the understanding that additional duties may be assigned (when necessary) by the Executive Director or designee.
Responsibilities are described for the following committees and individuals:
- Research Oversight Committee (ROC),
- Information Resource Council (IRC),
- Research Management Committees (RMCs),
- Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs),
- Project Monitoring Committee (PMC),
- Research and Technology Implementation Office (RTI),
- RTI Director,
- RTI Research Engineer,
- Program Coordinator (PC),
- Project Director (PD),
- Project Advisors (PAs),
- Information Systems Division Project Advisor (ISD PA),
- Information Systems Division (ISD),
- Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR),
- Implementation Director (ID),
- Research Supervisor (RS), and
- University Administration / Liaison.
