This is a new manual. Insert these chapters and related matter with tabs into a three-ring binder.
Review History
User Review. Selected potential users in all TxDOT districts reviewed and commented on the draft of this manual.
In addition to the district personnel, the following divisions reviewed drafts of this manual:
- Construction Division
- Design Division
- General Services Division
- Maintenance Division
- Transportation Planning and Programming Division.
We received numerous comments and suggestions, from the various reviewers. Changes and additions were made to the final draft as appropriate.
General Counsel Review. The Office of General Counsel reviewed a late draft of this manual and suggested some changes and additions, which we incorporated as appropriate.
Audit Office Review. The Audit Office reviewed a late draft of this manual and suggested some changes and additions, which we incorporated as appropriate.
