This revision is intended to update the manual to match current requirements for relocation assistance.

Overall manual updates - Removed ROWIS references and replaced with TxDOTCONNECT (TxC) references and processes, and made minor wording and grammatical changes.
Chapter 1 - Updated the Acronyms and Definitions section.
Chapter 2 - Updated links and added clarification to the following sections: Federal Law and Regulations and State Law.
Chapter 6 - Updated the following sections: General Requirements and Other Applicable Relocation Advisory Services.
Chapter 9 - Updated the Notice of Denial of Claim in section of the guide.
Chapter 10, 11, 12, 20, and 24 - Made minor clarification to roles.
Chapter 13 - Removed ROWIS references and replaced with TxC references, and made minor clarification to roles.
Chapter 14 - Updated the Allowable Moving Expenses – Non-residential section.
Chapter 21 - Removed ROWIS references and replaced with TxC references.
Chapter 25 - Updated entire Payment Submissions chapter.
Chapter 26 - Removed ROWIS references and replaced with TxC references.
