Section 7: Submission for Payment When Pass Involved (for State)

When TxDOT is required to make payment to the owner, the payment submission is in accordance with the standards required for the normal right of way parcel.
When TxDOT does not make payment to the owner, follow the normal pay submission standards with the exception that there will be no TxC Payment Request or requirement for a title certificate. If the owner is required to make a cash contribution, the submission must include a cashier's check payable to the “Texas Department of Transportation,” as provided for in the special clause in the MOA. Title evidence will be in accordance with the procedures established for donated parcels.
