Section 10: Entitlement for Fixed Payment

A determination of entitlement for fixed payment (form ROW-R-102 Fixed Moving Expense Payment - Business, Farm, or Nonprofit Organization) with supporting documents must be submitted for TxDOT approval and returned to the claimant before starting the proposed relocation. If the entitlement request is denied, the claimant has a right to request a formal review of the denial. In any event, the claimant will be promptly informed of:

- its right to have the decision reviewed by TxDOT’s Relocation Assistance Review Committee.
