The Texas Freight Mobility Plan provides a comprehensive approach for facilitating the efficient and safe movement of people and freight while meeting federal requirements under the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act) of 2015.
The Texas Freight Mobility Plan

A State may develop its freight plan either separately from, or incorporated within, its statewide strategic long-range transportation plan required by 23 U.S.C. 135. Among other requirements, a State freight plan must:
