2	Input Location Key fields	Signed Highway System, Number, and Suffix From Reference Marker Number and Suffix, (+) or (–) Sign, and Displacement To Reference Marker Number and Suffix, (+) or (–) Sign, and Displacement (From and To marker limits cannot cross links or roadway gaps) Roadbed-Id: valid values are N, A, X, B, and Y
3	Input Highway Design fields and press <F2>; the system TRM with the new design information and displays the verification message “Transaction completed successfully”	Highway Design Value
