PI Curve documents the point of intersection of two straight route segments and the delta angle of change in compass bearing that occurs at the location.
Notes:
- Do not add a PI curve within the limits of another curve.
- Do not change the location of a curve to fall within the limits of another curve
- Update either the location point of the PI Curve or the data attributes associated with the PI Curve. If updating both, input two transactions
- Do not update if the Signed Highway is incorrect; delete and re-enter the curve record
