When to Transfer Route

Transfer complete or partial Routes when the Texas Transportation Commission approves transferring the route to a local jurisdiction for maintenance. See Transferred Routes to process a report. The removed route or route segment cannot contain a link or gap. Remove links and gaps first for the system to allow the route transfer.
